Fabio Di Giannantonio has only one available seat to continue in MotoGP in 2024, which is with Repsol Honda. Another seat could become available if one of the riders of the confirmed field joins the Japanese team, but, in net terms, there’s only one open seat.
During a press conference, the Italian rider was asked if he is considering other championships like Moto2 or the World Superbike Championship if he cannot stay in the premier class. In his answer, Di Giannantonio explained:
– I think for sure my manager has to prepare some plans: B, C, D, or whatever. For my side what we discuss is just to be focused on MotoGP. The goal is to stay in MotoGP. So, once we are sure that we cannot stay in MotoGP, we will take in consideration other options. But at the moment the main goal is MotoGP.
