MotoGP’s Friday at the Australian GP was very challenging for Miguel Oliveira. The Portuguese rider finished in the lower positions in both sessions at Phillip Island, ultimately securing the 20th fastest time of the day during timed practice.
The CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team rider explained that he faced difficulties in various aspects, lacked confidence, and is now hoping to improve something tomorrow:
– Overall it was bad, no feeling with the front. It was difficult to manage the front movements of the bike and to have front and rear grip. It seems I am the only Aprilia really struggling too much with this and it was a strange day: too much off the pace, with no confidence. Hopefully tomorrow in the short time we have in the morning we can set the bike up to a good qualifying and at least be much more competitive.
